Noobs- good, or bad?

So, as the title says... What is your opinion of 'noobs'? Hate them? Sympathize with them? Love them (for some reason I dunno)?

Honestly, I often get very irritated when people type horribly. Something like "omg thx!!!!!!! =)=)=)=)=)" and stuff. But sometimes I can't help but feel that people don't talk like that irl. So, they wouldn't really be like that.

However... I do quite hate the ones who overreact, and are just plain rude. You know, when they type with all caps, pretty much go RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGEEEEEEE, and also "LOOK BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH JUST GO AWAY".

So the ones who are just plain rude don't exactly fit the definition of a noob- I mean, they type normally. But how would you like a comment on your drawings like this?:

Why is there such a huge quality difference between the first drawing and the rest? The rest are just plain horrible. You're far from talented.

Now, I absolutely hate these kinds of people. Though, again, I do know several people who are completely honest, but it just can hurt people pretty bad sometimes.

I hate noobs, and yet I don't. What do you think of them?

I always get irritated of them. Most of them troll most of the time (towards me sometimes) or type horribly. Some of them are nice and have proper grammar.

Yeah. I get irritated from them sometimes. But then again some can be nice.

its life noobs are noobs some will grow up eventually and some will stay idiots. it cant be helped

The one's that bug me are the type who think typing correctly/with good grammar is stupid. :/

I've heard that from a few different people by now, and it always makes me go "..what? seriously?" Typing with good grammar at least makes you look like you passed 4th grade English. >__>;

It when it’s on the internet (i.e. a forum (excluding games)) I find noobs very, very annoying. Half the time they are asking questions, which they could find the answers to by using the search bar, or in the FAQ, and so waste the time of others, and especially when they know the answer is there and they: “just want to make sure that I am not braking any rules, or anything”.

However within games its two sided for me, like for example I don’t mind helping someone, but if they don’t listen and then ask you again and again, it gets anoying. Or if they say something like “I’m new here, can we be friends?” I don’t mind that, but then as soon as I say yes, they then start asking for things for free, which is really irritating.

Starting up an old topic here, I noticed how long it's been since someone posted. I just have to vent this!~

Now, I usually ignore noobs, honestly. I'm a constant gamer/rper/anime fan that just has learned to ignore them over the 4-5 or longer years I've been watching anime and playing games (takes me back to Flyff, my first MMO -w-)

Anyway, like I was saying, usually I ignore them.

But then, there are those really annoying noobs. I'm sure everyone's seen them. The noobs that call everyone else noobs! I swear, it's happened so much. I'll be fighting monsters on an MMO, and I'll accidentally run into someone's monster. Even though I usually stop as soon as I notice someone else is fighting it, I still get tons of "OMG NOOB! GET AWAY!" -_- And they usually spell terribly, and are about to die themselves -_-

MMO noobs who call you a noob.. Normally when you attack someone else's monster/steal their kill/etc, it's a mistake. So I move away, and let them at it again, and they still throw the 'noob' insults at me.

Of course, I tend to just ignore them, but it still makes them seem a bit.. 'stupid' in my eyes. That's harsh word, I think.. not totally fitting, but you get what I mean. xD; 'Noob-ish' ...that's not a word, but whatever.

Those 'noob' noobs just.... irk me off for some reason DX I try to ignore them, and I usually manage it, but it's just so annoying DX Especially when I play action RPGs like Dragonica and GhostX, and I can't avoid it as much DX

Hmm... Noobs? It really depends but it doesn't hurt to help. It feels great to help so I guess I kinda like them
